At the Lake Hotel we have allowed free access for the Kerry Deer to pass freely on our Lake Shore, We are very responsible when it comes to our environment and the conservation of wildlife. *********************** ``Muckross House in the centre of the National Park is a great tourist attraction but is only bricks and stone and if it were knocked down tomorrow it could be rebuilt, but nothing could replace the native Red Deer if they were to go.’’ Danny Cronin, founding member of the Kerry Deer Society.
